Inside Sales Representative - Architectural Products

About the role:
You will play a key role in driving revenue by closing orders, partnering with and supporting our outside sales team, building and maintaining client relationships, and facilitating communication between customers, project managers, and design teams. You’ll help customers find the right products for their architectural needs, ensure seamless sales processes, and provide top-tier customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for inbound sales inquiries related to architectural products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including architects, contractors, and design professionals.
- Work closely with the outside sales team to support project needs and ensure smooth sales processes.
- Provide detailed product information, including technical specifications, material options, and pricing.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and closing orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Manage and update CRM system with client information, sales activities, and project status.
- Collaborate with the internal team to coordinate product deliveries, samples, and project timelines.
- Stay up-to-date on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide clients with relevant insights.
About you:
- Previous experience in inside sales, preferably in architectural, construction, or design-related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate across teams.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of architectural materials, finishes, or building products is a plus.
- Self-motivated, with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
